I knew there HAD to be a better way but how?

Week 1: Getting clear on your WHY and your belief in YOU

The secret sauce to success in anything  is knowing why you're doing it and what you are looking to get out of it. I call this your big motivating factor. As humans, we have a tendency to overcomplicate our path from A to B, so this week, you'll focus on simplifying the process of getting want you really want. 

Week 2: Getting curious about YOU

Tapping into your inner gut wisdom is something that our society has programmed us to not trust so you'll spend this week tapping into what your body is already telling you. 

Week 3: Knowledge is power and it doesn't need to be complicated 

Learning how to research is a key step in a big step in reclaiming your personal power. This doesn't have to be complicated. You have everything you already need to do a bunch of research. This week, you'll learn about using the best of the best when it comes to research labs that exists! Your body! 

Week 4: Reclaiming your Health power and establishing health boundaries 

At the end of the day, you are the only authority on your body. You are the holder of the Degree in Your Body. You know how it functions and feels. Those on your health care team can only give educated suggestions. You decide if they are a good fit for your team. 

Week 5: Creating change that lasts

Discover how to create change that lasts isn't difficult, it's just requires curiosity. This week, you're going to get curious and discover what is calling for your focus.
